What data we process
As a recruitment agency, we mainly process the data of job candidates: name and surname, contact details (e-mail, phone, address), CV data (education, work experience, skills) and information you provide yourself when responding to a job offer or via the contact form. For representatives of client companies, we process the contact and identification data necessary for our cooperation. When you visit the website we also process technical data (IP address, browser type) and cookie data – see the cookies section below.
Purposes and legal basis
We process candidate data in order to arrange employment and to contact candidates with suitable job offers, based on pre-contractual measures and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). We process client data in order to perform a contract and on the basis of our legitimate interest in developing business cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax duties, is a legal basis under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Sharing data with third parties
With the candidate's consent, we may share their data with potential employers (clients) for whom we are arranging a position. We also work with processors who operate our IT systems, e-mail communication and web analytics; we have data processing agreements in place with them. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA unless there is a legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
Retention period
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes. Candidate data processed on the basis of consent is generally kept for 3 years from the date it is provided or until consent is withdrawn. Data required to meet legal obligations is kept for the period set by the relevant legislation.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can exercise your requests using the controller's contact details listed above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.
